I recently attended Susan C. Friedenberg's Corporate Flight Attendant Training in October - 2024. I was completely blown away. I have taken other training classes, and have experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant, but her class is amazing. You don't know what you don't know and there was so much I didn't know, even with the experience I have. I was completely blown away by Susan. She has a wealth of knowledge; experience and she is highly respected throughout the Business Aviation industry. Having been in Business Aviation for the last 35 years, she has flown both full time & contract/freelance for such companies as Coca Cola, DuPont, & American Standard Companies. Additionally, she was a Part 121 Commercial F/A for 15 years, so she “really” gets and knows how to teach commercial people how to make the transition to Corporate Aviation.

Her class was so convenient as it is conducted over ZOOM. You have no travel expenses, hotel, meals etc. She ships you a 15-pound box prior to the training with the manual and MANY pertinent handouts. Susan provided me with so much valuable material that I will hold onto and continually refer to it throughout my career as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
She also provided catering menus and information on proper “SAFE” catering handling, local and international trip preparation / customs to emerging market areas of the world when there is NO safe catering for your passengers. In these weird and bizarre COVID times, I truly appreciate Susan being creative and flexible enough to find a way to do socially distanced trainings.
